If Windows 7 comes with the possibility to add taskbar transparency, Windows XP doesn't, but there's an app that can do it. There are a lot of Windows XP users out there who always dreamed about a more attractive interface, maybe with a dock and a transparent taskbar and, although Microsoft has worked on the way its operating system looks, only some of these enhancements have been included.
